Sponsorship Opportunities
If you are interested in participating as a sponsor in 2010, please indicate which program and type of sponsorship best fits your interests on the Sponsorship Inquiry form. ITFMA programs can only accommodate 4-6 sponsors. Sponsors are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sponsorship Fees
World of IT Financial Management Conferences (June 21-25, Richmond, VA):
Breakfast Sponsorship: $4,000
Reception Sponsorship: $3,000 + cost of food and beverages
Financial World of IT Conferences (August 23-27, Harrisburg, PA):
Breakfast Sponsorship: $4,000
Reception Sponsorship: $3,000 + cost of food and beverages
Sponsorship Benefits
Complimentary Passes
The conference presentation speaker receives a complimentary pass to the 3-day conferences. You are provided two additional passes for staffing your exhibit table, doing your non-product presentation, and/or attending the conference. The pass entitles the person to attend all buffet full breakfasts, buffet lunches, evening receptions and presentations during the 3-day conference. Each pass is valid for only one person from the sponsor's company. The value of the two additional passes is $4,600.
Exhibit Table
Network with potential customers at your 6' draped exhibit table during the two peak attendance days on Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Promotion in Conference Brochure
Your sponsorship will be featured in the conference brochure with your company logo and a 50 word description of your products and services. This brochure is mailed to the entire ITFMA database of contacts.
Promotion in Conference Handout Booklet
Your company name and 50 word description of your products and services will be described in the on-site material distributed to all conference attendees.
Promotion on ITFMA Web Site
Your company logo with a link to your site will be displayed on numerous pages including the Sponsors’ page with a 50 word description of your products and services.
Product Presentation
You can do a product presentation at 4:00-4:45p.m. in one of the meeting rooms on the day of your sponsored breakfast/reception.
Conference Presentation
You are guaranteed a speaking slot during the 3-day conference to do a non-product educational presentation if we receive your commitment and payment of your sponsorship fee before the conference brochures go to press, which is normally 4 months before the event.
Attendee List
You receive an attendee list with everyone’s name, job title, company name, city, state and phone number.
Attendee Backgrounds and Demographics
ITFMA program attendees are mostly from medium to large IT organizations from the U.S., Canada and other countries. Based on a survey done by an ITFMA member, he determined that 80% of our members are from companies with over $1 billion annual revenue and $175 million of annual IT expenses. 75% of our conference attendees are members and 25% are nonmembers. Attendees are those with financial responsibilities for IT asset management, budgeting & planning, chargeback, ABCM, performance management, benchmarking, expense management, telecom financial management, government financial management, etc. Their job titles include CFOs, controllers, financial managers, SVPs, VPs, directors, managers and analysts. The most heavily represented industries at the conferences have been from Banking, Defense, Education/University, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology, Telecommunication and Utilities.
