If you are interested in participating as an exhibitor in 2010, please submit the Exhibitor Inquiry form. There are a very limited number of exhibitor tables, so exhibitors are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complimentary Passes
You are provided two passes for staffing your exhibit table. The pass entitles the person to attend all buffet full breakfasts, buffet lunches, evening receptions and presentations during the 3-day conference. Each pass is valid for only one person from the exhibitor's company. The value of the two passes is $4,600.
Exhibit Table
Network with potential customers at your 6' draped exhibit table during the two peak attendance days on Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Promotion in Conference Brochure
Your participation will be featured in the conference brochure with your company name and logo. This brochure is mailed to the entire ITFMA database of contacts.
Promotion in Conference Handout Booklet
Your company logo, name and 50 word description of your products and services will be described in the on-site material distributed to all conference attendees.
Promotion on ITFMA Web Site
Your company logo with a link to your web site will be displayed on numerous pages including the “Sponsors and Exhibitors” page with a 50 word description of your products and services.
Attendee List
You receive an attendee list with everyone’s name, job title, company name, city, state and phone number.
Attendee Backgrounds and Demographics
ITFMA program attendees are mostly from medium to large IT organizations from the U.S., Canada and other countries. Based on a survey done by an ITFMA member, he determined that 80% of our members are from companies with over $1 billion annual revenue and $175 million of annual IT expenses. 75% of our conference attendees are members and 25% are nonmembers. Attendees are those with financial responsibilities for IT asset management, budgeting & planning, chargeback, ABCM, performance management, benchmarking, expense management, telecom financial management, government financial management, etc. Their job titles include CFOs, controllers, financial managers, SVPs, VPs, directors, managers and analysts. The most heavily represented industries at the conferences have been from Banking, Defense, Education/University, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology, Telecommunication and Utilities.
